Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive service department. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of service technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship

Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive service management or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Knowledge of auto body repair, suspension, shocks, struts, and other automotive repair areas
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proficient in service writing and auto estimating
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
